On behalf of the Korea National Tourism Organization, we sincerely apologize
for your troubles and inconveniences. We can forward your complaint to the rightful department.
But to investigate this matter further, we request that you provide us with
further information on the issue. Be advised that the more information you
provide us, the better the chance of resolving this problem.
For example) regarding hotel personnel, please let us know name of hotel, date,
time, etc.

But to do that, we need your help. Thank you for your time, and once again,

Regarding bathing Towles and hair shampoo, Korea has been promoting various measures
to promote the use of reusable products. According to the Act Relating to Promotion of Resources Saving and Reutilization, it is against the law to provide the throw-away itmes inside hotel room.
There is no restriction for Bathing towels.
Sincerely yours,
H. J. Kim
